Takes a Lickin' and keeps on Tickin'

So Zoey, our 2 year old pup decided to sneak out of our backyard a couple weeks ago while we were out of town. She ended up getting hit by a car that night, which dented in her skull and most likely knocked her out. She made it back home, and laid on our back porch bleeding until morning. She heard our nice neighbors out working in their yard the next morning, and went out to let them know she needed help. They called us and Dave hurried home to take her to the animal emergency, where they treated her, and fixed up all four of her feet. We met them there and the girls were so excited to see that Zoey would be ok. She came home with a cone of shame, and very docile. 2 weeks later she is almost back to normal, and glad to be rid of her cone and her cast. She still remembers how to do her tricks and commands, and is still working on not jumping up on visitors she is excited to see and lick. She is very loved in our family :) We are glad she's ok!

What a tough pup! I'm happy she's ok.
